today went to my niece genevieve's 1st ever birthday party at mint museum of toys cafe. She was dressed like a little princess:) My cousin had the whole basement booked n decorated the place with balloons. Food was not bad, there was tartine, spaghetti, sandwiches, wings, fried fish, cakes as dessert. but i nv take any pics of the food:( at the party, we were wearing mickey-mouse-headband as well as princess tiara headbands. lol my bro looks pretty cute in it haha.after cake cutting session, we had a piniatta session. lol it was my first saw a piniatta! they hit it hard n all the candies came out. its a lot of candies! n we were all picking up the sweets! esp lollipops! ahha quite fun. oh yea, on a side note, i drove to the mint museum today. at first din dare, cos it's gonna be my first time driving to bugis area lol. but im so glad i drove to raffles hotel heehee. so after party,i had to drive my family back home. n we took a lot of balloons home.
my bro had lots of fun with the balloons even tho they alr so old le...zzz.... we did a little experiment to try to float balloons in mid air, that means balancing the buoyancy with the weight of the balloons. well.. physics.. haha we succeed, jus that we cant eliminate the forces of resistance.

ytd went out to celebrate darling's bdae. finally our makeover pics are rdy for collection. Im really quite pleased with the pics. then we head over to bugis to eat a random bunch of food for dinner, like rice balls, fried chicken chop, tako pachi etc. then i brought sj to is surprise for his bdae, which is chocolate buffet at fullerton hotel!
the atmosphere over at fulerton hotel was really nice, n we sat at a table facing the music band. n while we ate chocolates, sipping peppermint tea, the band played my fav song, "canon in D". it was really quite a romantic place. there were only 3 counters of chocolate and we felt it was quite little, however, we only managed to get 2 sevings of chocolate and cld not eat more than that. we felt really full, n the chocolate was so sweet that we grew so sick of it.. we shld not hav taken so much at one go, cos we end up having a bad time over at boat quay trying to digest the chocolate in our stomach lol. however, i must say that some chocolates are worth mentioning at fullerton. for eg its expresso cake, lychee tiramisu was quite refreshing, hot choco was really creamy and rich.

zzz... just woke up from a nice gd nap. slept really late last night cos i knew i usu get my sunday insomnia, thanks to business research ab213 class. group dynamics, politics... brrr..... hate it..
long time since i blogged... hmmm well... let me wat i hav missed out. ah my bdae, went to tcc, my fav restaurant. the tiramisu there is so unique, taste of expresso and rum was so strong. main course there was not superb.. will only go back there for drinks and dessert. went to try the sg flyer for the first time b4 the launch of the F1 night race. eh.. pretty boring.... esp with so many ppl inside the same capsule... so many "lightbulbs".. :s
anw, wanna thank everyone who rmbed my bdae, including david who sent me a bdae msg, thank all my gal frens for the presents, i really appreciate them:)
went for makeover session on the 26 sep with sj, it was really quite a fun experience. haha for the first time i tried to perm my hair with big waves and curls. i was pretty scared i will look old, but it turned out fine:) cant wait for the pics to be out. check back here this weekend for a glimpse of my makeover.
recently went to holland village with sara, sq, and weiqi for a dinner. went over to wala wala for a drink. singapore sling is gross.. nv gonna drink it again. a mixture of so many types of alcohol inside that i cant even tell which one im allergic to. had rashes after the drink and it lasted the whole night, limbs started to itch when i got home. and i think i drank a little to fast that night cos the gals din wanna stay till too late, so i sipped and sipped thru the straw, trying to finish 1.5 cups, n i got intoxication with my eyeballs red. next time must learn not to drink so fast.
this sat is gonna be an exciting one haha. going f******** h**** for a little surprise for my dar. just that im pretty broke and wont be able to buy nice ex presents for u:)
recently went to watch eagle eye as recommended by my bro, cos the lead guy was from even stevens if anyone ever watched it b4 on disney channel. he has grown up quite a bit lol. well, the movie was action action and more action.
during hari raya hol went to vivo with sj, and my parents. zzz... its pretty tough buying toys for babies. imagine paying $50 - 80 plus bucks for a toy that will only last the baby for 1-2 months?? lol big investment man. saw all the little houses, small slides at toys 'r' us, they are my childhood dream toys. think i will probably buy those for my kids next time. provided i get to live in a hse with a garden... : tried to eat dinner at food republic but there were too many ppl, so we da bao and had a small picnic at vivo's rooftop facing sentosa. Its a pretty nice place and idea to picnic there.
wanna go sing kbox, but i noe everyone's so busy... if anyone wants to sing, pls tell me.
